When your child joins Busy Bees, with you will be given an account for your child and a pre-set password. When logging in, to make the account secure please reset the password for your own private use. To access the website click the Tapestry button in the top right corner of our website or type in Tapestry Journal on a web browser.

Yes! Staff love to see what you get up to outside of the Pre-School. It is a great resource for staff to use. If you want to share pictures or information follow the steps below.

1) Log in

2) Click +Add Observation

3) Click +Select Children

4) Add a title

5) Write into the notes

6) Scroll down and click the blue ‘Add Files’ button

7) Once selected the photos/ videos click the green ‘Start Upload’ button

8) Make sure to click the blue ‘Save’ button found either at the top or bottom right of the page

Staff may ask for you to share photos when planning activities for example, a photo from when they were a baby or a picture of who lives in their house etc.

Once your child has left the setting the account will become deactivated. You have access to download your child’s learning journey on your personal device up to a week after they have left the setting before it is deleted.
