At Busy Bee’s Pre-School we have access to the amazing Portway Infant Forest School, including a fantastic trim trail, a mud kitchen, a water play area, a large field, a vegetable garden as well as a fire pit for campfire cooking. Children have access to the Forest School the whole year round as there is no such thing as bad weather only unsuitable clothing!

We are inspired by forest school’s in our own setting and use this to influence our core focuses and core experiences. We encourage all children to explore the outdoors offering children regular, long-term opportunities to develop confidence, self-esteem, and hands-on practical skills through real-world experiences.
